Delete your Dungeon Peaks data

K2K Studios · Dungeon Peaks: Solitaire Quest · Last updated: 20 October 2026

Dungeon Peaks has no accounts of its own, so there's no account to delete. Here's how to delete each kind of data the game uses, and what we can delete for you.

Progress on your device

Your levels, stars, runs, heroes, relics, town, gold, gems and settings are stored on your phone or tablet. Uninstalling the game deletes them.

Cloud save (only if you signed in)

If you signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games, a copy of your progress is kept in that account. Delete it there, then uninstall the game (or the copy on your device will be uploaded again the next time you sign in):

Achievements and leaderboard scores are part of your Game Center or Google Play Games profile. On Android, deleting the game's data as above removes them; on iOS they're managed by Apple (Settings → Game Center).

Usage statistics and crash reports

Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) aren't linked to your name or any account, only to random identifiers for your installation. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days and usage statistics after 14 months. Uninstalling the game stops any more being collected. To have them deleted sooner, email us (below).

Advertising data

Reset or delete your advertising ID (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"; Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID). Google AdMob and its ad networks keep ad data under their own policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

Purchase records

When you buy something, our server keeps a record to stop fake or repeated purchases: an identifier made from the store's transaction ID or purchase token, the platform, the product and when it was checked. To have yours deleted, email us (below) with the product, the date you bought it and the order number from your receipt (Google Play's starts with "GPA."). Your purchase itself isn't affected: Apple and Google keep their own records, and you can still restore one-time purchases in the game.

Ask us

Email hello@k2kstudios.co.uk with "Delete my data" and the game's name. Tell us what you'd like deleted and, for purchase records, the details above. We'll reply within 30 days and confirm what was deleted. We may keep information only where the law requires it.
