Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile games and apps published by K2K Studios ("we", "us"), including Magnet Flow. It explains what information is used when you play, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't collect your name, email address or contacts.

• Game progress. Levels, stars, best times, coins, boosters and settings are stored on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS), a copy of your progress is saved to that service so it can follow you to a new device. That copy is held by Google or Apple under their privacy policies.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We receive a confirmation of what was bought, never your payment details.
• Crash reports. If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics (Google) collects technical information to help us fix it: device model, operating system version, the app version, the time, a crash trace, and a random installation identifier. It doesn't include anything you typed or your location.
• Usage statistics. Google Analytics for Firebase records how the game is used (for example app opens, levels started and finished, purchases made) with a random app-instance identifier, device model, operating system, app version and approximate country. We use it to balance levels and improve the game. It doesn't include your name or anything you typed.
• Advertising. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used for approximate location), device information and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the UK and EU), you're asked for consent first and can choose non-personalised ads. How we use it

To run the game and keep your progress, to provide purchases, to find and fix crashes, to see which levels are too hard or too easy, and (through Google) to show ads that pay for the free version. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

• Ads: change your consent in the game's privacy settings (shown on first launch in the UK/EU), reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings, or remove ads with an in-app purchase.
• Cloud save: don't sign in, or sign out of Google Play Games / Game Center.
• Delete your data: uninstalling the app removes the progress on your device. To ask about any other data, contact us below.

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages but are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Retention and security

Crash reports are kept by Firebase for up to 90 days; usage statistics for up to 14 months. Information stays with the services named above, under their security measures.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
